The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills organisation skills and a professional presentation. If you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant a Personal Assistant or as a Senior Administrative Assistant and have familiarity within the media industry wed like to meet you.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:Manage the senior managements calendar schedule meetings and produce agendasTake meeting actions points and follow them up with the senior management teamBook travel and prepare complex travel itineraries including arrangement of flights accommodation visas and transfersMaintain a high level of awareness of internal priorities and support requiredDevelop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company providing excellent support to senior managementManage senior management report and update requests ensuring information is garnered in a timely and accurate mannerManage senior managements expenses and petty cashGeneral admin support to senior management including drafting letters emails reports bill paymentsConduct ad hoc comprehensive researchAttend high profile events as requested by senior managementBuild relations with key staff in order to glean updates and data quickly upon requestSupport corporate team with duties including content updates event management research and other ad hoc dutiesSupport ad-hoc projects requested by senior managementPerson Requirements Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to take initiative and be proactive Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFlexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend hoursQualifications & Experience: 4 years of experience in a similar position Min.
