Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a globally recognized logistics services company. Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, manage the CEO’s daily schedule, handle confidential information with discretion and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEOManage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings and appointmentsPrepare drafts, edit correspondence, emails, reports and presentationsHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretionCoordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEOArrange travel, accommodation and itineraries as requiredOrganize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action itemsMaintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure proper documentationLiaise with senior management, clients, vendors and other stakeholdersSupport ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the CEORequirements35 years of experience in a secretarial or Executive Assistant rolePrior experience supporting senior management or a CEO is highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time‑management abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and work under pressureHigh level of professionalism, discretion and confidentialityFluent in English is requiredBenefitsAttractive Salary Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
