The successful applicant will be responsible for operating excavators used in the excavation, loading, unloading and grading of earthwork material. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members. The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant if they have the appropriate skill set. No experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right person for this role.The Excavator Operator will be required to inspect equipment on a daily basis and complete all necessary maintenance tasks to ensure it operates at its best. The operator must also have an understanding of various types of excavation techniques and be able to use them effectively depending on the job requirements. In addition, they must be able to read maps and plans accurately and adhere to strict safety regulations.Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a good understanding of excavation techniques, is able to work independently or as part of a team, has the ability to follow instructions carefully, can read plans accurately, takes initiative when necessary, is dependable and reliable with a strong desire to learn new skills.
