OverviewExcavator OperatorWe are a successful construction company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials during construction projects. Your duties will include operating the excavator safely and efficiently, maintaining the equipment, and following all safety protocols.ResponsibilitiesOperate the excavator safely and efficiently while following all safety protocolsUse the excavator to dig trenches, load trucks, break up concrete, and perform other tasks as directed by the supervisorInspect the equipment before each use to ensure it is in good working conditionPerform routine maintenance on the excavator such as changing oil, filters, etc.Communicate effectively with other team members on site to coordinate tasksKeep track of materials moved by recording daily logs or trucking recordsReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisorRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Excavator OperatorMust be familiar with various types of excavators and their functionsValid UAE driving license for heavy equipmentAbility to read and understand construction plans and diagramsPhysically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if requiredBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and annual leave.
