Our international network and breadth of expertise enable us to support individuals, families, business owners, investors and entrepreneurs around the world.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.ResponsibilitiesTo have the ownership and Governance of the EWS Management ToolTo support the EWS team members with their service inquiries and escalations.To work closely with CAMs and advisors from EWS to provide solutions to clients the advantage of our services and driving better customer experience.To drive sector led strategies that will help in better management of complaints and ensure customer satisfactionTo contribute to the effective training and development of staff under the Job holder’s control.Provide information security guidance and advice to a broad range of internal customers.Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectivesSupport other cross line businesses within the IWPB world such as, Premier and Wealth.Identify new business opportunities within the sector and work closely with the EWS team to drive better wallet shareEnsure that sales & operations are undertaken in accordance with HSBC Bank plc. FIM and Credit Policy lending guidelinesComply with local regulatory requirementsSupport to CCS team for streamlining activities and related projects and part of multiple weekly working groups/ calls with the EWS stakeholdersInvestigate Compliance Account closure report on a monthly basisEnhance working synergy with other channels within IWPBQualificationsAbility to plan and implement effective Sector led strategies.Excellent organizational skills, reliability and the ability to function independently.Strong communications and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent organizational skillsGood team playerA graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit.
