Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Executive Vice President (EVP), Head of Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness and Performance to join our leadership team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This pivotal role will drive our organization's strategic initiatives in talent management, compensation, and organizational development to enhance overall business performance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive reward strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trendsLead the design and execution of performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivitySpearhead organizational effectiveness initiatives to optimize structure, processes, and talent utilizationCollaborate with C-suite executives to align HR strategies with business objectivesDrive change management programs to support organizational transformationOversee the development and implementation of leadership development programsManage a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship and strategic guidanceAnalyze HR metrics and market data to inform decision-making and strategy developmentEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations while implementing global best practicesPresent strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership teamManage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on HR initiativesQualificationsMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field15+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on rewards and organizational effectivenessProven track record in designing and implementing innovative reward strategies and performance management systemsExtensive experience in driving organizational effectiveness initiatives and change management programsStrong background in leadership development and succession planningProficiency in HR analytics and performance metric analysisIn-depth knowledge of global HR practices and trends, particularly in the Middle East regionFamiliarity with UAE labor laws and regulationsProfessional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferredExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working in global or multinational organizationsProficiency in HR information systems and data management toolsAbility to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and board membersStrong financial acumen and budget management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
