Job Description
Assist in the planning and coordination of events including venue selection vendor management catering and logistics.Help with event setup breakdown and onsite coordination.Liaise with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event .Create and manage eventrelated documents such as schedules guest lists and promotional materials.Track event budgets and provide postevent reports and evaluations.Assist the sales team with lead generation client outreach and followups.Prepare sales materials proposals and presentations.Coordinate sales meetings and assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics.Provide excellent customer service to clients and act as a point of contact when needed.QualificationsBachelors degree in Sales/Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeContract#J-18808-Ljbffr
