Events Manager

A well-known digital lifestyle and media platform based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and creative Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact lifestyle, entertainment, and corporate events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event management, a deep understanding of Dubai's social and entertainment scene, experience in nightclubs sound and lighting and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.Work with venues, talent, vendors, sponsors, and government authorities.Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and ensure cost control.Manage logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.Oversee guest registration, ticketing, and VIP management.Collaborate with marketing on promotions, content, and media coverage.Ensure events comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.Maintain and grow relationships with industry contacts and influencers.Requirements :Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably in Dubai or the GCC.Strong knowledge of Dubai's lifestyle and entertainment landscape.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Existing network of vendors, artists, promoters, and venues preferred.Benefits :Work with a fast-growing and dynamic brand.Be part of trend-setting events and high-profile activations.Creative freedom and opportunities for professional growth.How to Apply :Submit your CV to cvs@1st-jobs.com with a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
