About the OpportunityMy client is a Boutique Event Management Agency and has been associated with some renowned brands in the region in creating and executing several of their events.With a very diverse portfolio of successful projects in process the business has a need for this newly created position. This opportunity is open to an individual who is passionate about events, has the ability to build strong relationships quickly and who is ambitious by nature.ResponsibilitiesGenerate business from existing clients/new businessLiaise with the design team for proposals/presentations & creative 2d & 3d designs.Creative proposal production from tender to pitch.Prepare quotations for proposals as requested by the clientEvent & Logistical planning.Qualifications3+ years in the event industry (required)Bilingual skills (desirable)Ability to network and liaise with senior decision makers and establish a strong business relationship with themAbility to prioritize and tasks to meet sales and event objectivesCreative thinker with ability to generate new concepts.Ability to work with a team and under pressure of deadlines.A true team playerAssist staff on event set-ups during peak event seasons.Excellent communication (written and oral), and problem‑solving skillsExpert‑level skill with Microsoft computer skills (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)About the CompanyReThink Recruitment is a full service business and technology recruitment consultancy that does things differently.
