In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and activations that promote our brand and engage our target audience. You will coordinate all aspects of events, from concept development to execution, ensuring every detail aligns with Rgheeb's vision and objectives. If you are passionate about event planning and looking to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply!ResponsibilitiesRequires on-site coordination and proactive collaboration with venues and businesses.Plan and execute a variety of events and activations that engage clients and enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with internal teams to define event goals, target audiences, and key messages.Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and event registration.Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.Oversee on-site event management to ensure all activities run smoothly.Monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.Collect feedback and analyze event performance to improve future initiatives.Promote events through social media and other channels to increase attendance and engagement.QualificationsProven experience as an Events Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on planning and executing successful events.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging event concepts.Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Familiarity with event management software and tools.Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsEarn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.#J-18808-Ljbffr
