This is a role for a professional with a strong background in global event management, proven operational expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with the organisation’s brand and mission.Main Responsibilities:Own the entire lifecycle of assigned international events, from planning to post-event reporting, across key markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North AmericaHelp implementing event strategies that reflect the organisation’s objectives and global positioning, ensuring each event meets its goalsSupport the engagement with sponsors, stakeholders, and partner organisations, ensuring alignment of interests and delivery of obligationsManage the identification, negotiation, and contracting of venues and external suppliers, ensuring optimal value, reliability, and service deliveryProvide support on speaker management, VIP agendas, and delegate experienceMaintain budget ownership for assigned events and ensure cost control without compromising quality or impactEnsure compliance with branding, messaging, and marketing efforts related to global events, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s identity and standardsMeet KPI targets across all areas of event planning and execution, including logistics, delegate satisfaction, and sponsor ROISupport Event Director with assigned projects and responsibilitiesRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in event management, preferably in an international roleDemonstrated success in delivering large-scale, high-level conferences and private events across multiple jurisdictionsPrior experience working with HNWIs, government institutions, diplomatic entities, or international organisationsStrong project management, budget oversight, and decision-making abilities under pressureOutstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at senior levelsFull professional fluency in English; other languages are an assetAbility and willingness to travel frequently.
