The Event Management & PR Campaigns Professional will provide specialized support in planning, executing, and evaluating high-profile events and strategic PR initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing public visibility, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and reinforcing the organization’s brand image in alignment with its strategic communication objectives.The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in event management, PR campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination at local, regional, and international levels.Key Responsibilities1. Event ManagementDevelop comprehensive event plans, including concepts, timelines, and execution frameworks.Manage all event logistics such as venue booking, catering, accommodation, transportation, and protocol arrangements.Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking, VIP arrangements, and registration processes.Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth delivery of conferences, press events, exhibitions, and forums.Prepare event materials including agendas, signage, name badges, and branded items.Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and timelines.Conduct post-event evaluations, including feedback collection, analysis, and reporting with recommendations for improvement.2. PR Campaign ExecutionSupport the planning and implementation of integrated PR campaigns.Ensure consistency of branding across all communication materials, event assets, and digital platforms.Assist in stakeholder engagement and relationship management efforts.Support the design and production of marketing and promotional materials (e.g., brochures, banners, roll-ups).Manage documentation and procurement processes, including contracts, service orders, and financial records.Prepare periodic progress and performance reports on PR and event activities.Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years (Senior Level) in PR, communications, and marketing.Bachelors degree in related field.Core Competencies:Proven track record in managing high-profile events, conferences, and public engagements.Strong expertise in event logistics, venue coordination, and protocol management.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and tight deadlines effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within teams.
