Your mission is to turn the space into a vibrant platform where founders, builders, and creators connect, learn, and grow — through events that inspire, educate, and engage.You’ll lead the full event cycle: from concept and commercial offer to flawless execution and post-event analysis — ensuring that every event not only runs smoothly but leaves a lasting impression.Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap0–30 DaysYou’ll dive deep into our existing processes and master our 6-stage event flow — from client brief to post-event communication. You’ll take ownership of small-to-mid scale events while learning our ecosystem, vendors, and internal workflows.31–60 DaysYou’ll scale your portfolio to 15+ events/month and start optimizing workflows. We’ll rely on you to bring structure, service excellence, and proactive process improvements.61–90 DaysYou’ll fully lead the event function — coordinating a small team and vendors to deliver up to 20 high-quality events per month.
