ITP Sports is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Event Admin Executive to join our team on a freelance one-month basis.This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced high-impact sporting event coordinating operations logistics and stakeholder communications to ensure a seamless race experience.RequirementsOversee event logistics and operational schedules ensuring seamless planning execution and delivery across our event/sLead vendor and partner communications maintaining strong relationships and ensuring all deliverables meet brand and event standardsManage event merchandise operations including stock forecasting tracking on-site sales performance and post-event reportingMaintain and optimize inventory systems ensuring accurate records and efficient movement of merchandise across events and storage locationsProvide strategic administrative oversight to support event planning budgets and team operationsExceptional customer service addressing athlete partner and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiencyDevelop and manage the volunteer program including recruitment training scheduling and on-site leadership to enhance event delivery and community engagement Key Skills Corrosion Inspection,Commerce,Communication,IT Services,AC Maintenance,LNG Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
