European Hostess for Luxury Restaurant - Abu DhabiOur client, a luxury branded restaurant in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a European Hostess to join their team and be the first point of contact for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to dining and bar areas. You should have strong organizational and people skills to ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. Availability to work in shifts is required. You’ll help provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests to the venueProvide accurate wait times and monitor waiting listsManage reservationsEscort customers to assigned dining or bar areasProvide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s nameGreet customers upon their departureCoordinate with wait staff about available seating optionsMaintain a clean reception areaCater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queriesAssist wait staff as neededRequirementsPrevious work experience as a Hostess in a 5-STAR HOTEL OR LUXURY RESTAURANTMust be from Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Ukraine and the western part of the Russian Federation/ Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and YugoslaviaFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsExperience in managing reservations and customers especially during busy periodsDemonstrable excellent customer-service and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar areaAvailability to work in shifts as neededGood physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shiftHigh school diploma; hospitality certification is a plusSalaryBasic salary: 4000 + accommodation. food. transport + tips#J-18808-Ljbffr
