Euroclear Operations Specialist (Frontier and CIS Markets)

About the RoleWe are seeking a mid-level operations professional with deep expertise in Euroclear processes and custody operations for institutional asset managers. This role requires specialist knowledge of fixed income instruments in frontier markets, with a particular emphasis on CIS countries (including Russia and Ukraine).Key ResponsibilitiesManage Euroclear custody, settlement, and reconciliation of bond holdings across frontier and CIS markets.Monitor and report exposures in Eastern European and CIS sovereign and corporate debt portfolios.Liaise with portfolio managers and traders to ensure smooth post-trade operations in complex markets.Implement strong operational controls to manage settlement risk and compliance issues tied to CIS/frontier jurisdictions.Track sanctions, restrictions, and regulatory developments affecting Russia, Ukraine, and other frontier economies.Requirements5–7 years’ experience in fixed income operations or custody, ideally within a large asset manager.Demonstrated expertise in Euroclear settlement and custody processes.Strong knowledge of sovereign and corporate bonds in CIS and frontier markets.Solid operational risk and compliance awareness.Additional languages (Russian, Ukrainian, or other frontier market languages) are a plus.Why Join Us?You will gain exposure to some of the most complex and dynamic bond markets in the world — operating at the intersection of frontier markets and the CIS region— while working within a global financial group with access to institutional clients and portfolios.#J-18808-Ljbffr
