ETL & Skills Developer (Aera Platform)

Job Description You will be joining Droisys, an innovative technology company dedicated to helping companies accelerate their digital initiatives from strategy and planning through execution. Leveraging deep technical expertise, Agile methodologies, and data-driven intelligence, we focus on modernizing systems of engagement and simplifying human/tech interaction. As an ETL & Skills Developer (Aera Platform) in India, you will be working remotely on the Aera Decision Cloud, a cloud-native platform that includes the Aera Cognitive Operating System and Aera Developer, designed for developing, deploying, and managing Decision Intelligence at scale across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include: - Building data crawlers to extract data from customers' source systems using Aera's proprietary ETL platform - Troubleshooting issues throughout the life cycle of a skill - Designing and building data warehouse models in columnar databases - Developing data processing scripts using SQL and optimizing complex sequences of SQL queries - Collaborating with Solution Architects to understand customers' business requirements and implement them - Performing data analysis for complex use cases and documenting technical specifications for cognitive applications - Managing the entire development and implementation workflow To excel in this role, you should have: - Experience in ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes - Strong knowledge of SQL and BI domain, DWH concepts, and reporting - Basic Unix knowledge - Familiarity with programming workflows and columnar databases - Experience working directly with customers and effective communication and presentation skills Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include: - Applied Python and Java programming skills - Experience in ML, R programming, and working with JSON and XML files - Knowledge of APIs, SAP, and supply chain fundamentals and terminology Droisys is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
