Estimator

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with solid UAE experience in landscaping projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of plants materials softscape & hardscape elements and the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial landscaping works. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and quotations for landscaping projects Analyze project drawings specifications and site conditions Estimate costs for plants materials irrigation systems manpower and equipment Coordinate with suppliers for updated pricing and material availability Work closely with the design procurement and project teams to finalize budgets Assist in preparing technical submissions and tender documents Ensure estimates are aligned with market prices and project requirements Candidate Requirements 2-3 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in landscaping MUST have strong knowledge of plants soil types softscape and hardscape materials Good understanding of local market pricing and landscaping standards Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficient in MS Excel and estimation tools Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressureNote : Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
