The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and supporting the sales and project teams with competitive and technically sound proposals.Key Responsibilities:Analyze tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications for ELV systemsPrepare detailed cost estimates for systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, AV, and BMSCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotationsConduct site visits when required to assess project scope and conditionsIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and compliancePrepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirementsSupport the sales team during bid submissions and post-tender clarificationsMaintain updated pricing database and vendor listRequirementsRequirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in an ELV company (UAE/GCC experience preferred)Strong knowledge of ELV systems, standards, and local authority requirementsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent negotiation and analytical skillsProficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/toolsStrong communication and coordination skillsPreferred:Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fieldExperience working on large-scale commercial/residential projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
