The role focuses on analyzing architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring all material, labor, regulatory, and logistical costs are considered while maintaining project profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimatesPerform accurate quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and finishing worksSource and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and material suppliersPrepare comprehensive BOQs and pricing schedules aligned with market ratesConduct site visits to assess project conditions and cost implicationsIdentify potential financial risks and scope gapsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying3–5 years of experience in the UAE building construction estimationProficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Candy/CCS, and advanced MS ExcelStrong knowledge of Sharjah Municipality (SM) and SEWA regulationsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsFluency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
