Estimation Manager

BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C. is seeking a highly experienced Estimation Manager to lead the estimation and tendering process for construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost estimation activities, overseeing tender preparation, and ensuring accurate and competitive project bids.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects.Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the tender stage.Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare and review tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and project budgets.Identify potential risks and develop cost-effective solutions.Supervise and guide the estimation team to ensure high-quality work.Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and project requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
