Mixed use development)LOCATIONAbu Dhabi, UAEPROJECT DESCRIPTIONKBR has been appointed under a framework agreement with the region’s biggest developer in Abu Dhabi to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute to Abu Dhabi's growth. This includes developing essential infrastructure such as transportation networks and utilities, alongside public spaces and involving also the shaping of thriving communities by managing the development of residential housing projects and ensuring the quality of new educational facilities, together with the development of mosques and maximizing urban space through infill development projects. This PMC role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on Abu Dhabi's built environment.THE ROLEReports to the Logistics Manager and supports the implementation of logistics strategies and plans for Project Sites.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESImplement, monitor and update the Project Logistics Management Plan.Interface within the Consultants and Contractors relevant teams to ensure seamless Project operations and timely completion.Oversee the implementation of logistics arrangements on Project Sites ensuring compliance with the approved Logistics Management Plans and overall allocated Project deliverables.Oversee multiple Project Sites security and traffic management, and equipment allocation.Ensure compliance with QHS&E requirements (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) related to logistics operations.Collaborate with site teams to resolve logistic operations related issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and site conditions.Oversee the relevant Consultant and Contractor teams.Ensure that Contractors’ logistics management plans are in line with the requirements of the Project.Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve all Project Sites security and logistics issues.Monitor and prepare the necessary reports on all logistics arrangements and Site logistics operations including but not limited to third party Contractors.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEBSc construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.Minimum 10 years overall experience.Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.Minimum 5 years of working experience in Middle east.Knowledge of operational aspects of civil & infrastructure projects including roads, bridges and utilities with experience in construction management and practice.Experience and skills of managing consultants and contractors.User of MS Office.Fluency in English language both written and spoken.COMPETENCIESStrong customer and stakeholder focusTeam Management & Team playerAccepts ResponsibilityStrong interpersonal & communication skillsHSE Awareness#J-18808-Ljbffr
