Job DescriptionLocation: Saudi Arabia (Jubail / Yanbu Preferred)Industry: Petrochemical / Oil & Gas ContractingSalary: SAR 5,500 - 7,500RequirementsJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong background in petrochemical and oil & gas contracting projects. The candidate must have expertise in tendering, bid preparation, cost estimation, and shutdown/turnaround project evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze tender documents and bid packages from prestigious clients.Prepare detailed cost estimates based on:Site visitsIn-house team evaluationScope of work analysisDevelop BOQs, manpower plans, and resource loading charts.Prepare cost breakdowns for:Mechanical worksErection activitiesIndustrial cleaningShutdown & turnaround projectsEstimate projects involving:HydrojettingCatalyst handlingHeavy liftingOn-site fabricationCoordinate with planning and project teams for accurate cost projections.Prepare commercial and technical submissions.Ensure compliance with safety standards in petrochemical / hazardous environments.Support contract clarification and pre-award meetings.Required ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in a contracting company for Petrochemical / Oil & Gas projects.Experience in shutdown and turnaround project estimation.Experience in reputed contracting companies preferred.Work experience in Jubail / Yanbu region preferred.Similar petrochemical experience in India may be considered.Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from reputed institution).Primavera Certification - Preferred.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of:Tendering & bid preparationCost estimation & BOQ preparationResource loading chartsPlant turnaround & shutdown costingHydrojetting, catalyst handling, heavy lift & fabrication worksPetrochemical / hazardous work environmentsProficient in:MS Word & MS ExcelReport preparation (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)Email communication in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
