The role includes preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, coordinating with technical and procurement teams, and ensuring competitive and compliant tender submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations.Collaborate with Procurement and Technical teams for accurate material and subcontractor pricing.Identify risks and propose value engineering options.Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals.Maintain historical data of pricing and suppliers for benchmarking.Attend site visits or tender clarification meetings when required.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum 7 years of estimation experience in the UAE construction industryFamiliar with residential, commercial, and governmental building projectsProficient in estimation tools like Candy, CCS, Excel, or similar softwareStrong analytical and detail-oriented mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
