<div><h3>About The Role</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to lead the development, customization, implementation, and ongoing support of ERPNext across multiple business functions. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise (Frappe/Python) and functional process understanding across HR, Finance, Inventory, and Operations.</p><p>This position plays a critical role in driving our digital transformation roadmap, reducing dependency on external vendors, and enabling faster, high-quality ERP enhancements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Technical Development</b><ul><li>Customize and extend ERPNext modules using the Frappe Framework (Python, JavaScript, Jinja).</li><li>Develop custom apps, DocTypes, workflows, scripts (client&server), and print formats.</li><li>Build dashboards, reports, and role‑based views.</li><li>Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage patches and upgrades.</li></ul></li><li><b>Functional Implementation</b><ul><li>Gather requirements and map business processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, CRM, Projects, and Academics.</li><li>Configure workflows, roles, permissions, document types, and notifications.</li><li>Perform gap analysis and recommend ERP‑aligned process improvements.</li><li>Lead UAT, user training, and functional documentation.</li></ul></li><li><b>ERP Administration</b><ul><li>Manage ERPNext deployments, upgrades, bench operations, and database migrations.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, access control, and system security.</li><li>Coordinate with infrastructure teams on hosting and server operations.</li></ul></li><li><b>Integrations&Automation</b><ul><li>Implement REST API integrations with third‑party systems (attendance devices, payment gateways, portals, etc.).</li><li>Configure webhooks, scheduled jobs, and automation to streamline operations.</li></ul></li><li><b>Documentation&Governance</b><ul><li>Prepare BRDs, functional specs, SRS documents, SOPs, and release notes.</li><li>Maintain configuration logs and ensure compliance with internal IT and data governance standards.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li><b>Technical</b><ul><li>ERPNext&Frappe Framework</li><li>Python, JavaScript, MariaDB, Jinja</li><li>Git, Linux/Ubuntu, Nginx</li><li>API integrations and automation scripting</li><li>Cloud hosting experience (AWS / DigitalOcean preferred)</li></ul></li><li><b>Functional</b><ul><li>Strong understanding of:<ul><li>HR&Payroll</li><li>Finance&Accounting (basic ledger&journals)</li><li>Inventory&Procurement</li><li>Sales, CRM, Projects</li><li>Education module (preferred)</li></ul></li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field</li><li>3‑5 years of hands‑on ERPNext&Frappe experience</li><li>Proven ERP implementation experience in medium to large organizations</li><li>Portfolio or GitHub showcasing ERPNext customizations is highly preferred</li></ul><h3>Key Attributes</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple ERP initiatives</li><li>Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and proactive</li><li>High commitment to system reliability and quality delivery</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
