ERP Systems Lead

Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/19/2026We are seeking an experienced ERP/Business Systems Lead to drive theimplementation and ongoing management of our enterprise systems. This role willserve as the primary owner of our ERP system, initially leading a D365 Finance& Operations implementation project before transitioning to long-termsystem administration, support and optimization. The ideal candidate bringshands-on experience with full-cycle ERP implementations, strong businessprocess acumen, and the ability to bridge technical and functional requirementsacross the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Implementation Phase (initial 6-9 months):Drive implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations cloud ERP system, in partnership with our supplier project manager and team.Act as an internal project lead: manage plans, timelines, coordinate resources, and communicate status to stakeholders.Collaborate with implementation partners and software vendors to ensure project successConduct business process analysis and mapping to system functionalityConfigure and customize system modules to meet business requirementsDevelop and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT)Create training materials and support user training sessionsSupport data migration from legacy systemsDrive change management and user adoption initiativesLead additional ERP module assessment and implementation as requiredPost-Implementation & Ongoing Management:Assume responsibility for day-to-day ERP system administration, maintenance and supportManage system troubleshooting and health in coordination with global IT team and vendorsDevelop and maintain system documentation, processes and proceduresMonitor system performance, security and complianceIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesManage relationships with global IT team, software vendors and service providersProvide guidance on system best practices and governanceRequirementsMandatory Requirements:5 years of hands-on experience with ERP and business systems including Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations, or similar cloud ERPFinance/Accounting system implementation experience (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project accounting, Reporting)Demonstrated project management experience for ERP implementations (managing timelines, budgets, resources)Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, Procurement, Projects)Experience with vendor management and consulting partner coordinationExcellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business usersPreferred Experience:Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP, including certificationsPrevious CRM system implementation (Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, or similar)Additional experience with other business systems (HRIS, BI/Analytics, EPM, Integration platforms)Certification in relevant ERP systems and/or project management (PMP, Agile)Experience in Real Estate brokerage and advisory, or similar professional services businessesERP configuration and customizationBusiness process mapping and optimizationSystem integration methodologiesData migration and managementReporting and analytics toolsUnderstanding of security, compliance, and data governanceTraining and change management methodologiesPersonal AttributesBusiness-Process Minded: Thinks in terms of business outcomes, not just technical solutionsProactive Problem Solver: Identifies issues before they become problemsExcellent Communicator: Can engage effectively with executives, technical teams, and end-usersService-Oriented: Focused on enabling user success and productivityAdaptable: Comfortable transitioning from project delivery to operational supportDetail-Oriented: Manages complexity while maintaining focus on critical path itemsHighly Organized: Able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyAbout CompanyKnight Frank LLP is the leading independent global property consultancy.
