Rawafid is seeking an experienced ERP & Projects Cost Controller to join our finance team and play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our projects through integrated ERP systems. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost control processes, analyzing project financials, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our ERP system. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient tracking of project costs, budgets, and forecasts, helping to align financial objectives with organizational goals. Collaborating with project managers and the finance department, you will provide insights and recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis, facilitating informed decision-making. If you have a solid background in cost control and ERP management in the construction industry and have a proactive approach to improving processes, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Rawafid.ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & Digital Transformation Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end ERP implementation (Dynamics, Xpedeon) covering finance, procurement, HR, and project control modules.Define data governance standards, master data ownership, and access control policies.Define workflows, approvals, and reporting structures to support data-driven decision-making.Manage data migration, testing, and system integration to ensure accuracy and reliability.Coordinate training and change management to drive user adoption and process efficiency.Integrate real-time project and financial dashboards for executive visibility and performance monitoring.Drive financial integration between ERP systems and project control tools to ensure accuracy and transparency.Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis Key ResponsibilitiesControl cash flow and forecast cost-to-complete for each project.Receive and analyse monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decisions.Collaborate with treasury and finance to link with business operations.Audit for SOCPA, VAT, GAZT, GOSI, Mudad, local and international standards compliance.Conduct audits aiming at implementing ever-improving effective controls for risk mitigation and transparency.Liaise with external auditors, government authorities, and financial institutions to maintain compliance integrity.Projects Controls & Coordination Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish Budget, CBS, WBS, Forecasting, monitor and controls projects (cost, time, quality), CoordinationEstablish and monitor earned value management (EVM) techniques to track cost and schedule performance via integration between Primavera and ERP.Collect incoming reports as a central point, review and ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare and present weekly dashboards and monthly reports and forecasts to the boards and steering committees.Track variations and ensure full compliance.Contribute to managing the Client relationship, via presentations, coordination, and approvals.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to align scope, schedule, and budget objectives.Ensure timely issuance of project control deliverables: budget revisions, cost-to-complete, progress S-curves, and risk logs.Mentorship, Quality & Strategic DevelopmentAssist and mentor finance, ERP, and project control teams to build operational excellence.Promote continuous improvement and performance efficiency across departments.Embed governance and service quality within organizational frameworks.Support long-term business strategy through financial modelling, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Drive departmental KPIs through regular performance reviews and capability-building plans.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or relevant certification in cost control is preferred.Min. 5 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or financial management within the construction industry.Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) and related financial software.Process automation mindset, ensure fiscal integrity, and integrate financial and project data into unified digital platforms and reporting systems.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.Solid understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost management principles.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Result-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Salary: Competitive salary pay scale, Housing Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Remote areas AllowanceBenefits: Top Healthcare Coverage including Dental and Vision, 13th Salary, Paid vacation timeFeatures: Onboarding and orientation, Fixable work hours, Long Weekends (Education Call
