ERP Domain Manager

Provide overall leadership and ownership of ERP implementation and ongoing operations within the Technology function, acting as the design authority for ERP-related solutions in close collaboration with enterprise and solution architects.Serve as the primary senior interface with Business Units, translating strategic and operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards.Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and system integrators, to design, approve, and govern new integrations and enhancements to existing ERP integrations.Own and govern capacity planning, license management, and system scalability, ensuring optimal utilization of ERP resources, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted business continuity.Oversee and ensure effective support of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials (G/L, A/P, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Procurement, HCM, and Supply Chain Management, driving efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions across domains.Lead the Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) release management process, including impact assessment, pre-production testing, validation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to minimize business disruption.Provide managerial oversight of ERP-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, budget adherence, and alignment with Vodafone Qatar’s strategic priorities.Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.8 to 12 years of relevant experience in ERP domain with multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including 5 years of relevant work experience with integration, application upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for Cloud and On-Premises ERP/HCM applications, preferably in Telecom sector.Sound finance business process expertise, Vendor management experience with deep technical understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cloud technologies and cloud implementation.Experience and knowledge of different integration technologies and methodologies for real-time and batch integrations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
