Equipment Integrity Engineer

Job PurposeThe Equipment Integrity Engineer ensures the proper lifecycle management, functionality, and compliance of all gaming equipment across the studio. The role combines technical expertise with operational oversight to maintain equipment integrity, optimize performance, and support business growth through the integration of new technologies and preventive maintenance strategies.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of all gaming equipment and ensure data is updated in relevant systems.Develop and implement strategies for equipment replacement, upgrades, and lifecycle management.Provide technical training and support to equipment specialists across studio partners.Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, ensuring operational continuity.Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Training, Risk/Surveillance, HR) to ensure smooth integration of processes and compliance.Finalize and maintain technical and regulatory documentation for all equipment.Research, recommend, and advise senior management on acquisition of new or specialized equipment.RequirementsUniversity degree (technical, engineering, or related field).Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.Strong technical, mechanical, and electronic knowledge.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Advanced computer skills (data analysis, reporting, database management).Excellent organizational and presentation skills.Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Nice to HavePrevious experience in casino or gaming equipment management.Experience working in a shift-based schedule (3 shifts, 9 hours/day).Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical environments.Proven ability to anticipate and proactively solve technical challenges.Experience contributing to product rollouts or equipment implementation projects.Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Additional earnings for each successful job referral to ARRISE.Health insurance from day one.International work environment.Opportunities for advancement to higher positions in online casino.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
