Equipment Inspector (Lifting)

Contractual. Start on assoon as possibleASAPDuration24 months (Extendable)Hours/rotation:Rotation of 60 days on siteand 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).Salary range:Excellent salary packagewith benefits.Single Status.Accommodation (Meals)provided by the company.Transportation provided bythe company.Round trip ticket on eachrotation (Economy class).Equipment Inspector (Lifting) supervises and monitors all subcontractor rigging / liftingactivities.Ensuringthat plant construction works are performed according to HSE procedures,construction schedules and project specifications, within the assignedcost budget, and according to quality & safety procedures, as wellas according to the terms and conditions of the subcontract.Duties and responsibilitiesEquipment Inspector (Lifting) has direct responsibility on management of heavy liftssubcontractor.He/shewill ensure that their performances are carefully monitored in terms ofschedule, quality and cost, and he will coordinate all necessaryrecovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule orspecifications under the guidance of construction manager.He/sheensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards forthe areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities.He/shedirectly participates to the HSE activities at site as defined for hisposition in the site HSE plan and related procedures.PersonSpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsUniversity Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.Heavy lifting certificate is mandatory.ExperienceMinimumof 10 years work experience.Significantexperience in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects / refinery.Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communicationsand interpersonal skills.Attention to detail,management skills.Team-oriented skills,self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance andproblem resolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
