In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to assist our clients in improving their financial and operational performance. You will work closely with various stakeholders, helping to implement and optimize EPM solutions tailored to meet their unique business needs.ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting modulesGather and analyze client requirements to design effective EPM strategies and solutionsLead workshops and training sessions to educate clients about Oracle EPM functionalities and best practicesEnsure seamless data integration between Oracle EPM and other business systems to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilitiesConduct testing and verification of EPM solutions post-implementation to ensure they meet client needsProvide ongoing support and maintenance to optimize the performance of existing EPM solutionsStay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Oracle EPM technologiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of experience in implementing Oracle EPM solutionsStrong knowledge of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) and Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Service (EPMCS)Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesFamiliarity with data integration tools and methodologies related to Oracle EPMExcellent analytical skills combined with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentOracle EPM certifications are a plusBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
