EPC Contracts&Supply Chain Manager

This role assists senior managers in structuring contracts, developing vendor strategies, and aligning contractual frameworks with technical and financial requirements.</p><ul><li>Assist in the negotiation of EPC and subcontractor contracts within the Middle East region.</li><li>Ensure coordination with end user and lender requirements during contract drafting and review.</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships with Saudi Arabia OEMs for datacenter long lead or critical equipment.</li><li>Lead vendor qualification and ensure alignment with project design requirements.</li><li>Develop strategies to access Saudi Arabia supply market in alignment with end user standards.</li><li>Track supplier availability, performance, and pricing trends within the region.</li><li>Work closely with engineering, legal, and finance teams to support contract development.</li><li>Ensure internal compliance with Datavolt’s contracting frameworks and governance.</li></ul><h3>Experience&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Law. Graduate-level coursework is an advantage.</li><li>3+ years of experience in contracts or supply chain roles within infrastructure or energy sectors.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi Arabia markets and basic contract negotiation experience preferred.</li><li>Basic contract negotiation and analysis</li><li>Understanding of supplier engagement in Saudi Arabia</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
