EPC Account Manager

Responsibilities1. Manage and develop strong customer relationships with key EPC accounts in the UAE.2. Provide pre-sales support and ensure technical and commercial alignment with clients, including EPCs, IPPs, and Owners’ Engineers.3. Drive and ensure achievement of company targets for each assigned key account.4. Coordinate closely with key customers to demonstrate the latest products and technology features, including organizing technical presentations and workshops.5. Influence customer decision-making from a technical, commercial, and service perspective to promote adoption of the company’s products.6. Evaluate competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in line with specific project requirements and market dynamics.7. Represent the company at national and international exhibitions, fairs, and industry expos.8. Manage and consolidate monthly project updates and key project information for reporting to senior management.Education DegreeBachelor's in Engineering or Business AdministrationKey Requirements1. Excellent project management or coordination skills in an International environmnet with stakeholders across the globe.2. Good Understanding and Negotiation skills for Commercial Terms and Conditions(Contract)3. High level of commitment and responsiveness.4. Strong technical and market understanding of utility PV inverters and ESS Projects across the MEA region.5. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.6. Excellent communication skills in English. An understanding of Hindi will be a plus.7. Good presentation and data handling capabilities.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in business development/proposals/sales in Utility-scale renewable energy projects.Existing network and experience with Indian IIPPs/developers/EPCs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
