All positions are full‑time UAE‑based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.About the RoleThe Cybersecurity Expert will lead the development, implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity frameworks for the metros digital and operational technology systems. This role is essential for ensuring protection of SCADA communication, traction power, signalling and other interconnected subsystems from cyber risks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop cybersecurity plans, risk registers and threat mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with international standards (IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001) and RTA guidelinesConduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and security auditsCoordinate cybersecurity interface with SCADA, OCS and communication systemsProvide incident response planning and training to technical teamsRequirementsMSc/BSc in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering or related fieldMinimum 15 years experience in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure or transportation systemsStrong knowledge of ICS/SCADA environments, network architecture and secure integrationExperience in the GCC required; RTA cybersecurity policy familiarity preferredRelevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443, CEH) are a strong advantageWhy Join UsAt Surbana Jurong we bring together talent, teamwork, innovation and a dynamic workplace to solve complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.
