Job Description
Our team is in need of an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our customer-focused team and deliver high-quality support experiences across a global customer base. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in customer support while making a meaningful impact by assisting customers on a daily basis. In this position, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive and professional experience. You will receive training and support to build your skills, and your communication, attention to detail, and customer first approach will be key to maintaining strong customer relationships. Job Responsibilities 1) Customer Support and Communication Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication Represent the company positively in all customer interactions 2) Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and common service related issues Follow step by step processes to guide customers toward solutions Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when required 3) Order and Case Management Support order processing, returns, exchanges, and general service requests Accurately document all customer interactions within CRM systems Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution Keep records organized and up to date 4) Performance and Learning Meet basic performance and quality standards Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and coaching programs Learn company products, systems, and policies Collaborate with team members in a remote environment Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus Willingness to learn and develop new skills Good listening skills and a customer focused mindset Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Typing proficiency for documentation tasks Reliable, punctual, and self motivated in a remote setting Adaptable and open to feedback and process improvements Additional language skills an advantage Benefits Package Performance based incentives and bonuses Comprehensive onboarding and training program Opportunities for career growth and advancement Paid time off and employee discounts Supportive and collaborative remote team environment Ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition We are committed to supporting employee growth and creating a positive, inclusive remote work environment where you can develop your skills and build your career.
