Job OverviewJob Title:Enterprise Systems Administrator ILocation:Doha, QatarThis position is pending contract award.Job ResponsibilitiesTrace Systems is actively recruiting for an Enterprise Systems Administrator I to support the AFCENT Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) contract at Doha, Qatar.Design, write, modify and implement software programs/applicationsDevelop “glue-ware” to support operational client applications and security patchesProvide Tier 2 technical supportInstall, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems (physical and virtual), including administration of core and functional servicesManage and administer user accounts, profiles and accessMonitor user access and adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure a secure operating environmentMonitor workstation and server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriate troubleshooting and maintenanceProvide technical assistance for assigned projectsProvide desktop, server and software application integration supportOperate and maintain monitoring and analysis tools; detect, analyze and resolve platform, infrastructure and system problemsMonitor and control system performance, utilization and capacity to ensure optimal performance, availability, serviceability and recoverability; report any vulnerabilities or deficiencies to government technical representativesEvaluate current architecture, research current technologies/solutions; provide systems hardware/software upgrade and replacement recommendations for end-of-life/end-of-support COTS products to government technical representativesAssist with tracking and management of COTS licenses, warranties, service level agreements renewals for systems equipment and softwareCoordinate with system program offices (or commercial vendors) and implement approved hardware/software changes, upgrades and enhancements as directed by the GovernmentUpdate and maintain as-built systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams and documentation, and publish semi-annuallySupport cloud servicesOther duties as requiredMinimum QualificationsActive, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance eligibilityUS Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work and contract requirementsQatar work visa eligibility: per Qatar immigration and labor regulations, candidates must be 59 years of age or younger to be eligible for a Qatari work visaDo DM 8140 IAT Level 2 (Security+) or higher; and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certificationGeneral ExperienceExperience with installation, configuration and maintenance of server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux)Managing Active Directory, including user/group administration GPOs, and domain servicesExperience with virtualization platforms and enterprise storageUnderstanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing and switchingExperience with cloud architectureEducationAssociate degree in Computer Science or related field; or 4+ years of IT domain knowledge experienceAbout Trace SystemsTrace Systems Inc. was founded to support and defend our nation\'s security interests at home and abroad.
