**Job Description****Enterprise Sales Manager****Contract (ie Perm/FTC/Part-Time):** Permanent**Team:** Nomadic**Office Location:** UAE – Dubai**Role Overview**The purpose of the enterprise sales manager role is to drive strategic business growth across the Middle East by building and converting a strong, sustainable pipeline of new opportunities, developing senior stakeholder relationships and positioning Nomadic’s services and technology to meet regional client needs.**Key Competencies and Job Expectations**At Fragomen, our performance is oriented around five Key Competencies. Both tools, along with your job description, should be used to holistically understand what is expected of you at Fragomen.**The Role***Sales** Build and maintain a robust new-business pipeline through prospecting, referrals, events and strategic introductions* Deliver against defined KPIs* Qualifying and tracking leads in Salesforce – identifying prospect value, forecast revenue and manage sales stages* Proficiency in presenting and speaking to Fragomen’s proprietary Nomadic online technology platform* Prepare and send Nomadic Service Proposal inclusive of rate plan* Reviewing ongoing prospect targets with support from your line manager* Representing Nomadic at regional conferences, trade missions and networking events.* Development and nurturing of senior level stakeholder relationships in the region*Client Service** Execute successful onboarding and implementation of new accounts* Establish client requirements of portal functions Ensuring the operations service delivery team is set up for success through productive feedback from clients and the market* Looking for opportunities for growth within existing accounts*Billing / Finance** Ensuring the implementation of clients for successful payments and collections**Key Skills***Planning & Organization** Plans workload and can meet deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations and agreed client service standards* Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities* Plans workload and sets realistic deadlines and priorities for own work and team members, taking into account delivery expectations from client.*Communication** Supports strong client relationships by displaying professionalism and efficiency in appropriate communications* Excellent presentation skills* Excellent verbal communication, with ability to convey messages clearly and concisely and effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner* Fluent in Arabic and English, preferable a third language relevant to the demography in the region* Generates clear, well-organized written work-product* Active listening skills* Builds strong relationships within the team* Assists with and participates in internal trainings* Ability to work across multiple cultural contexts and to connect with people from otherCultures.*Accountability** Accepts responsibility for work output* Aware of own strengths and development areas* Displays professionalism and a positive attitude* Contributes to discussions on process and best practice*Proactivity** Demonstrates flexibility and initiative* Encouraged to contribute ideas and / or suggestions for improvements* Identify inefficient processes and raises them with the senior management team* Developing an understanding of the firm’s global presence and capabilities**What we offer:**A career at Fragomen will provide you with the opportunity to work in an exciting environment for a broad range of clients, where no two days will be the same.
