The roleYou will lead technology integration and governance initiatives across mergers and acquisitions, This role will assess and design target-state architectures, ensuring seamless integration of systems, data, and processes during M&A activities. The successful candidate will also establish and oversee AI adoption & governance, aligning AI initiatives with business strategy.
