<div><h3>Enterprise Architecture Development</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks and artifacts aligned with TOGAF standards.</li><li>Translate business strategies and requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof architecture models.</li><li>Ensure architectural consistency and integration across all business units and technology domains.</li></ul><h3>Solutions&Integration Review</h3><ul><li>Review and assess solution architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and long‑term roadmaps.</li><li>Validate integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and interoperability across enterprise systems.</li><li>Provide architectural recommendations that enhance system efficiency, scalability, and performance.</li><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to guide digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Provide strategic advice to leadership on technology modernization, system upgrades, and innovation opportunities.</li><li>Develop technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.</li></ul><h3>Technology Strategy&Advisory</h3><ul><li>Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to guide digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Provide strategic advice to leadership on technology modernization, system upgrades, and innovation opportunities.</li><li>Develop technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.</li></ul><h3>Governance&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Establish and enforce architecture governance processes and standards.</li><li>Conduct architecture assessments and ensure compliance with enterprise, security, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Prepare documentation and reports for review by leadership and governance committees.</li></ul><h3>Collaboration&Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and development teams to ensure architectural clarity and alignment.</li><li>Facilitate architecture workshops and design sessions with technical and business teams.</li><li>Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and structured manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.</li></ul><h3>Quality Assurance&Risk Management</h3><ul><li>Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li>Ensure high‑quality design and implementation standards across projects and programs.</li><li>Support solution delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to maintain architectural integrity.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience in Smart Cities and/or Real Estate industry, with proven understanding of industry‑specific platforms, IoT, and digital infrastructure solutions.</li><li>7 years’ experience minimum (coming from Smart cities and Real estate industry is an advantage).</li><li>Must be TOGAF certified.</li><li>Preferred to be Arabic speaker.</li><li>Ability to design and build EA artifacts.</li><li>Ability to review solutions architectures and integrations.</li><li>In‑depth knowledge of latest technologies.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
