<div><p>The role is responsible for driving enterprise software revenue through strategic account management, new business development, and long term client engagement across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead sourcing, qualification, and inbound lead management.</li><li>Build and maintain long term relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and prospects, aligning solutions with evolving business and technology needs.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business, customer retention, and revenue growth.</li><li>Identify, pursue, and close upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.</li><li>Collaborate closely with pre sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for complex client environments.</li><li>Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, renewals, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Oversee post sale engagement and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and long term adoption.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on account performance, sales metrics, and revenue trends.</li><li>Drive post sales support initiatives to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client engagement.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications and Skills</b></p><ul><li>10+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>Strong experience in account management and enterprise sales within the Middle East, with direct exposure to Abu Dhabi markets.</li><li>Understanding of API management, integration platforms, and IAM technologies is an advantage.</li><li>Proven ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines and consistently exceed revenue targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C suite engagement.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts while prioritizing high value opportunities.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving, and commercial decision making skills.</li><li>Professional fluency in English and Arabic.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
