ENT Specialist – Pediatric&Adult Care

<p>A reputable healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a skilled<strong>Specialist ENT</strong>to join its growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a multicultural environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions for adults and children.</li><li>Perform outpatient procedures and assist with surgical interventions as per scope of practice.</li><li>Manage acute and chronic ENT disorders, including sinus disease, hearing issues, allergies, and throat conditions.</li><li>Collaborate with audiology, pediatrics, internal medicine, and other specialties to ensure coordinated care.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility standards.</li><li>Participate in quality improvement, clinical governance, and departmental meetings.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications&Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Medical degree with recognized specialization in ENT/Otolaryngology.</li><li>Minimum 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable hospital or clinic.</li><li>Strong clinical skills in both medical and minor surgical ENT procedures.</li><li>Eligibility for DHA Specialist licensing.</li><li>Excellent communication skills; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with endoscopic sinus procedures and advanced ENT diagnostics.</li><li>Ability to manage pediatric ENT cases confidently.</li><li>Strong patient communication and multicultural sensitivity.</li></ul></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
