Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant with extensive experience in Otolaryngology to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.Perform advanced ENT procedures such as:Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplastyFunctional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopyHead & neck reconstructive surgeryInterpret diagnostic tests including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations.Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care.Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence-based practice.Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development.Qualifications & ExperienceBoard-certified in Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent).DHA license or eligibility required.Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital setting.Proven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT cases.Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary (AED 70,000–90,000/month depending on experience).Annual performance bonus.Housing allowance or accommodation.Family medical insurance.CME allowance and paid study leave.Relocation support and visa sponsorship.#J-18808-Ljbffr
