Job Description

1-year renewable contractm2r Education are recruiting on behalf of an ultra‑high‑net‑worth family in Saudi Arabia who are seeking a highly experienced English Tutor to deliver one‑to‑one tuition at KS3, KS4 and KS5 level. This is a full‑time, residential tutoring role based in Riyadh, with occasional domestic (primarily Jeddah) and potential international travel, depending on the family’s schedule.This opportunity is best suited to a UK‑trained English teacher with a stable career history in leading UK or British international schools, and strong experience teaching Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel curricula.Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per weekLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (with travel as required)Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one English tuition across KS3, KS4 and KS5.Develop engaging, age‑appropriate lesson materials aligned with Cambridge / Edexcel curricula.Use creative, hands‑on and experiential learning strategies to enhance engagement.Track progress through formative and summative assessment.Provide detailed academic feedback and clear development strategies.Maintain accurate records of progress, achievements and learning goals.Foster critical thinking, independence, resilience and a growth mindset.Identify and support any additional academic or learning needs.Candidate RequirementsSpecialism in English / Secondary Education (essential).Proven experience teaching KS3–KS5, ideally in UK or British international schools.Strong experience delivering differentiated and personalised learning.Familiarity with UK and international curricula (Cambridge preferred).Excellent communication skills with students and parents.Confident, organised and adaptable teaching approach.High level of professionalism and discretion.Ability to travel independently.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English or related subject (required).QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (required).Minimum 3 years’ full‑time post‑qualification teaching experience.Experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum in a UK or international setting.Salary & Benefits PackageTax‑free salary: circa £4,700 per month.Single, compound‑based accommodation.Transportation provided.Comprehensive medical insurance.Return flights.Work visa sponsorship.1‑year renewable contract.ASAP start dateDue to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
