We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.We're seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in IT;Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must;Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);Managing team experience;Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs;Advanced verbal communication skills;Knowledge of time management;Be a decision maker and possess problem‑solving skills;Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks;Upper‑Intermediate spoken and written English.Nice to have – Familiarity with following technologiesCloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CloudflareData: ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, RedisMessaging/Queues: Kafka, NATS, BullMQCI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK StackNice to have – CertificationsPMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.ResponsibilitiesManaging, monitoring, and forecasting project execution;Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting;Team coordination;Project risk management;Maintaining project documentation.BenefitsLearning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasks;Relocation package (tickets, staying in a hotel for 2 weeks);Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of language classes;Birthday celebration present;Time for proper rest – 21 working days of vacation per year.Bold moves start here.
