Job Description As an Engineering Manager for our Indian operations in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our completion tools through your expertise in both engineering and business management.
- **Portfolio Excellence**: You will be responsible for maintaining a competitive and compliant commercial portfolio, overseeing the entire life cycle of our products.
- **Regulatory & Quality Guardian**: Your role will involve ensuring that every component meets API standards and conforms to our global Quality Management Systems.
- **Operations & Business Strategy**: Leading the Indian operations, you will focus on P&L activities, budget management, resource optimization, and performance target achievement for the Pune hub.
- **Completion Tool Expertise (Non-Negotiable)**: Your extensive hands-on experience with Packers, Safety Valves, Downhole tools, and other Completion technologies is essential for this role.
- **Oil & Gas Pedigree: Standard-Bearer**: You should possess in-depth knowledge of Global Design Standards and the regulatory environment of the Oil & Gas industry.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Balancing technical integrity with commercial feasibility is a key aspect of this role, highlighting the importance of your strategic thinking.
- **Leadership Presence**: With your proven track record in managing diverse teams and local operations within a global matrix, you will be expected to provide strong leadership within the organization.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- An MBA with PMP certification would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Specific experience in Design Approvals for Completion tools is a must-have requirement for this position.
