<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a highly experienced<b>Engineering Manager – PMO</b>with a minimum of 20 years of experience within the PMO sector.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering PMO function, overseeing planning, reporting, governance, and performance management across projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful delivery.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the engineering PMO function, ensuring alignment with overall project management strategies.</li><li>Develop and implement PMO frameworks, governance, and standardized processes for engineering activities.</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems for engineering performance.</li><li>Oversee planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for all engineering disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP).</li><li>Ensure consistency and standardization of engineering processes, templates, and reporting tools.</li><li>Monitor engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines and PMO requirements.</li><li>Identify and manage engineering-related risks, ensuring proper reporting and mitigation strategies.</li><li>Support decision-making through data analysis, performance insights, and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment.</li><li>Manage change control processes related to engineering scope and deliverables.</li><li>Ensure effective reporting of engineering progress, risks, and issues to senior management.</li><li>Lead and guide engineering planning and controls teams.</li><li>Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement within the engineering PMO function.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).</li><li>Minimum of 25 years of experience, including strong exposure to PMO / Project Controls / Engineering Management within PMC.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance, planning, and reporting systems.</li><li>Experience managing engineering performance across multiple projects.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI.</li><li>Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering coordination (Civil, Structural, MEP).</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in risk management, governance, and performance monitoring.</li><li>Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-PMO, or equivalent) are preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with international standards and best practices.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
