This role bridges engineering, operations, and sales by ensuring the effective application of DV tools and cementing solutions aligned with customer requirements and regional strategies.</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>The position is responsible for driving technical excellence, supporting business development, and introducing innovative cementing technologies to the market. By combining strong field experience with engineering expertise, the role enhances operational performance, ensures service quality, and strengthens customer relationships, while contributing to Weatherford’s growth and market competitiveness.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide technical leadership and support for DV tools and cementing operations across the country.</li><li>Lead job design, planning, and execution support for cementing applications, ensuring optimal tool selection and performance.</li><li>Support sales and business development through technical input in proposals, tenders, and client presentations.</li><li>Engage with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver tailored cementing solutions.</li><li>Perform pre-job calculations, simulations, and technical validations for DV tools and cementing jobs.</li><li>Collaborate with operations, sales, and global product line teams to ensure alignment with company strategies.</li><li>Support the introduction and deployment of new cementing technologies and DV tools in the local market.</li><li>Troubleshoot operational issues and provide on-site or remote technical support when required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all activities.</li><li>Prepare and review technical documentation, job programs, and post-job reports.</li><li>Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong technical expertise in DV Tools and Cementing Services</li><li>Proficiency in cementing design, job calculations, and well construction applications</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Effective technical communication and client‑facing skills</li><li>Experience in technical sales support and proposal development</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline)</li><li>Minimum 10 years of field experience in cementing or well construction services</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years in application engineering or technical support role within cementing or related product lines</li><li>Experience with Weatherford cementing products and DV tools</li><li>Knowledge of cementing software and engineering tools</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
