Job Description As an Electrical Control Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and testing electrical control systems and components for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects. - Creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using industry-standard software and tools. - Performing detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications. - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the designed electrical systems meet project requirements, industry standards, and codes. - Participating in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities to support the implementation of electrical designs. - Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical designs, considering factors such as materials, labor, and equipment. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards while promoting a culture of safety and quality within the organization. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and proposing innovative solutions for enhancing electrical system performance and efficiency. - Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members to foster professional development and knowledge sharing. - Staying updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical design and engineering. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
