Industry: ConstructionOpen Vacancies: 1Contract Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary Benchmark: NegotiableNationality: Arab Nationals preferredKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage the engineering division (civil, MEP, utilities).Oversee design reviews, technical submissions, and approvals.Ensure compliance with Ashghal, Kahramaa, and local authority regulations.Supervise mega infrastructure and utility projects from design to execution.Implement quality, safety, and engineering standards.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Drive value engineering, innovation, and adoption of modern technologies (e.g., BIM).Requirements:Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management roles.Strong background in construction, infrastructure, and utilities projects.Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.Previous involvement with Ashghal or similar regulatory/government authorities.Demonstrated track record of working on mega infrastructure projects.
