Execute office administrative work and assist the Director of Engineering to organize the day to day meetings and planning the maintenance of the hotel facilities and all its equipment. Assist the engineering team for all administrative work to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.Youll also perform general office duties to support the Engineering (e.g. filing sending emails typing faxing and copying). Prepare documents Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
